Exploring the emotions of colour in landscapes. We often post happy unlifting pictures of beaches, sky, sunsets, sea, horizons, storms. This gallery abstracts the emotive colours in such scenes.

Collector of of professional quality soft pastels from various manufacturers around the world. Each manufacturer has tones, often suited to the local landscape. Combining these with paper that holds a thick layer of pastel in the tooth of the paper, the colour vibrancy is exceptional. Easily the brightest object at home.

As such, some of these pieces are only original and cannot easily be copied…and despite best efforts are recreation, the colours are better in real life than on this screen.
